Signing up and staying up to date

  • Call or text (319) 382-2743. Fastest route. Ask which class fits you and you get a straight answer, not a callback queue.
  • Sign up for yoga. Tell us what you are looking for and we will match you to the next class that fits.
  • Send us a question if you would rather write than talk.

Once you are on the class list, Natalie emails reminders of upcoming classes, so keeping track stops being your job.

“I have attended Natalie's yoga classes for several years and really appreciate her careful explanations of positions. The pace is perfect for me and not too fast! She is also great with reminders of upcoming classes via emails.” Donna F.

The classes

  • Gentle, Tuesdays 10:00 to 11:00am. Slow, accessible movement with plenty of options.
  • Chair, Thursdays 11:00am to 12:00pm. Everything done seated or with a chair for support, so getting to the floor is not a requirement.
  • Beginner, Saturdays 8:30 to 9:30am. For people who have never done this and would like it explained.

Every class is led by Natalie Johnston, MPT, a licensed physical therapist with trauma-informed yoga instructor training, registered with Yoga Alliance. Classes are held at our clinic, 660 West Cherry St. Suite 2, North Liberty, IA. Classes are $25 per session; more on the yoga page.

Yoga-informed physical therapy

If pain is the reason you are here, yoga-informed physical therapy is one-on-one with a physical therapist.
