Change the thinking, change the pain.

Habits follow thoughts. Pain follows habits. Life follows pain.

Which is why education is not the warm-up act here, it is the part that keeps working after the visits end. We are here to support and empower you, and this form is the front door.

Fill it out and you are on the list for what we teach:

  • Pain Class, on how pain is produced and what to do about it.
  • Lifestyle Medicine, for sleep, stress, food and the habits underneath them.
  • Yoga and breath work, taught by a licensed physical therapist.
  • The free Wellness Community talks at the clinic.

Understanding EDS and Hypermobility: Move Better, Feel Stronger

Monday, November 9, 2026, 5:30–6:30pm

Do you live with hypermobile joints, frequent aches and pains, or a body that sometimes feels unpredictable? Join us for an educational workshop led by a physical therapist to better understand Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD) and how they can affect everyday life.

We’ll explore how hypermobility impacts joint stability, strength, movement, fatigue, and pain, while discussing practical, evidence-informed strategies to help you feel more confident in your body. Learn how trained physical therapists can support joint protection, build strength and stability, improve body awareness, and help you find the right balance between activity and recovery.
