Full-time in North Liberty, licensed in Iowa, one patient at a time, with 24 years of pain-science experience in the building to learn from.
You got into this to treat people.
Then somebody handed you three patients in the same hour, a tech to cover the gaps, and notes to finish at home. You are good at this. You almost never get to do it.
That is the job we are not offering.
Motion Matters Physical Therapy and Wellness is a woman-owned practice in North Liberty. Our model is cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and a plan with an endpoint. One patient at a time is not a perk here. It is how the treatment works, so it is how the schedule is built.

What the work looks like
- Your own caseload, treated one-on-one, every visit.
- A genuinely wide range of patients, from athletes to seniors, and the complicated ones other clinics send along.
- Time to explain the why, so patients leave knowing what is actually wrong.
- Monthly clinical education with the whole team: joint mobilization, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, blood flow restriction.
- Real say in how you treat. This is a small practice, so the person who decides is usually standing next to you.
What we need from you
- A full-time licensed physical therapist in Iowa.
- Some physical therapy experience is preferred.
- Comfortable treating a wide range of ages and presentations.
