This progressive 3-session series is designed to help you understand why balance and gait change over time, and what you can do to improve them. Each session builds on the last, giving you tools you can actually use — not just in class, but in everyday life.
You’ll learn how your body keeps you steady, practice gentle movement in a supportive environment, and discover simple strategies that can make walking, standing, and daily activities feel safer and more effortless.
Most importantly, this class helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering — not intimidating.
If feeling steadier, stronger, or more confident in your movement is a goal for you (or someone you love), this is the perfect place to start.
And if you can’t make all three sessions, don’t worry — everything will be recorded and shared with participants.
