Jennifer Robb

Jenn Robb is an E-RYT500 Yoga Instructor and a YACEP Continuing Education provider. Her business, Om Home Yoga School is an accredited RYS200 Yoga School, which currently offers weekly classes, monthly sound baths, and Yoga Teacher Trainings. Jenn is a member of the Facilitation Team and serves as Midwest Regional Director for Veterans Yoga Project, a non-profit organization that brings the tools of yoga and resilience to Veterans, Family Members, and Caregivers. Recently, in 2024 Jenn was chosen to represent Lululemon as a local brand ambassador, an opportunity that has opened doors that allow Jenn’s reach and healing offerings to spread further and wider throughout the community.

Jenn was introduced to Therapeutic Sound Healing by world renowned musician and yoga teacher, Natalie Brown. Since her training in integral sound healing, Jenn has incorporated the soothing frequencies and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and tuning forks and more into her yogic protocols for self-care and she has begun to utilize sound therapy to encourage balance of the mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement, and Sound have proven powerful tools to reduce chronic pain and stress levels, while allowing the tissues of the body to relax to a point where healing can happen on multiple levels, from gross to subtle body.

Organizing 101: Visual Systems for Creative Thinkers

This workshop will focus on different styles of learning and thinking and offer organizing routines and solutions for each type of personality that are easy to create and maintain. Additionally, adding in the holistic aspect of finding balance not only for physical space and household items, Jenn will also offer insights into how to create personal routines for self-care that will extend outward, helping to create a healthy and joyful state of balance both within the self and externally.

Jenn Robb began her career as a Professional Organizer in 2002 by creating Simple Organizing Strategies. Two years later, realizing the need for more, she founded Iowa Professional Organizers, which later expanded outside of the state of Iowa to incorporate organizing professionals nationwide. In 2024, the name was changed to Professional Organizers Collective, and the business, which functions as a networking, education, and referral cooperative has grown to include over 30 members in 5 states. The Collective hosts quarterly peer support zoom calls, bi-annual meetings, weekend retreats, and educational workshops in-person, live via zoom, and pre-recorded.

Jenn has had a wide range of experiences as an Efficiency Consultant and Organizing Professional. When people ask, “What do you do?” Jenn’s response is a classic, “What do you need?” If Jenn can’t help you out, she can recommend someone you can trust who can. Over the years Jenn has made a point of becoming a trusted resource and wealth of information for clients who are going through transitions of life and need all the support we find ourselves needing in times of crisis, struggle, or change. With Jenn’s skills, guidance, and positive outlook focused on solutions, there is no obstacle that is unmanageable. She is the best person to have in your corner year after year no matter what curveballs are thrown your way!

Jenn began growing her organizing businesses as her young daughters grew, and since has expanded her services to include home and office organizing, executive assistance, public speaking, workshops and education, assistance with chronic disorganization, anxiety, depression, hoarding, ADD/ADHD, trauma-based behaviors, and many other mental or physical limitations that clients are faced with. Jenn’s non-judgmental approach to meeting people where they are creates an environment where clients feel safe to breathe, down-regulate, and share where they struggle and what they need help accomplishing. Jenn helps break large, overwhelming projects into small, manageable tasks, and she helps clients create traditional or visual systems of organization, wherein even the most creative thinker can have things out where they can see them, but still have a system of organization that functions effectively and efficiently day after day.

Lunch Bunch Book Club

This class brings a more holistic approach to pain management than I have experienced even though I have been working in health care for decades. There is a nice balance of evidence-based science and practical approaches. I would recommend to anyone who has chronic pain or knows someone dealing with the pain experience.
